VITALITEERS
Privacy policy
Effective September 9, 2026
Vitaliteers develops Grid Pop, Atom Rush, Orbit Rush and Neon Stack. Each game is a separate app. This policy explains how information is handled in the game and on this support website. For privacy questions, contact informationsystemsmgmt@gmail.com.
Game progress stays on your device
The games save completed scores, earned coins or crystals, unlocked cosmetics, daily progress, element discoveries where applicable, and sound and display preferences in local storage. Each installed game keeps its own progress. You do not need a game account. We do not operate a server for player profiles or upload your saved progress. In Grid Pop, an unfinished board is not saved when the app closes.
The game has no chat, user uploads, or cash prizes. Earned coins have no monetary value and cannot be purchased with money.
Age choices and children
The mobile game asks for an age group before enabling advertising. We store only the selected group on the device, not a date of birth. We do not send that answer to a player profile server. Children and teenagers under 18, and players who choose not to share an age group, play without ads. The game does not request advertising consent or initialize its advertising service for those players.
The core gameplay and earned cosmetics are available to every age group. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child’s privacy. Please do not include a child’s full name, birthday, or other unnecessary personal details in a support request.
Advertising for adults
For players who select 18 or older, the mobile game can use Google AdMob. We check the applicable consent requirements before initializing ads. Where a consent form is required and available, it appears before ads are requested. If the check fails, ads stay off. You can reopen required choices using “Ad privacy choices” in the game’s “Privacy & support” panel.
We request ads without personalization. These can still involve data processing. Google’s advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as an app set ID. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, and encrypts SDK data in transit using TLS. The Android build removes the Advertising ID permission and Android Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions.
Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from apps, and Google’s SDK data disclosure for more information. Consent availability and ad delivery can vary by region and device. Development builds use test ads.
Optional ad free purchase
The mobile shop offers permanent ad removal to adult players through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, when the product is available in that store. The store handles payment and account information. Vitaliteers does not receive your card details. The game checks verified store purchase information to unlock ad removal, restore it after reinstalling, and respond to refunds or revocations. Purchases belong to the game and store where they were bought. They do not transfer between games or between Apple and Google.
On Android, a signed purchase receipt and its signature are stored in private app storage to remember a verified purchase when offline. The app verifies the receipt on the device and checks current purchases with Google Play. On Apple devices, StoreKit verifies transactions and provides current entitlements. We do not operate a purchase verification server or upload purchase receipts to a Vitaliteers server. Store providers process purchase records under their own privacy policies, including Google’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
Once ad free ownership is confirmed, the game stops requesting and showing all ads. The game also keeps ads off while an initial ownership check is unavailable. Local cosmetic unlocks remain stored on the device and are separate from your store purchase.
Sharing a score
Players can choose to share a score using their device’s sharing tools. You choose where it goes; The games do not automatically post scores. The destination app or service handles the shared text under its own privacy policy.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Please send only the information needed to explain the issue. Messages are handled through our email provider. We keep support correspondence while addressing the request and as needed for related follow up, security, or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence we hold.
This website and the web game
The web game does not load mobile AdMob ads. This support website does not include advertising, a contact form, or an analytics tool added by Vitaliteers. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection and security information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the websites. Following an external link or opening your email app involves that service’s own privacy practices.
Deleting data and your choices
Clear the game’s app data or its browser site storage to remove locally saved progress, settings, and age choices. This resets your coins and unlocked cosmetics. Clearing local data does not cancel a store purchase. Use Restore purchase in the mobile shop while signed in to the same store account. These games have no online game account to delete. For information held by Google, use your device’s privacy settings and Google’s privacy controls. Their retention practices are described in their policies.
To request access, correction, or deletion of support information held by Vitaliteers, or to raise a privacy concern, email informationsystemsmgmt@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to identify your request without requesting unnecessary sensitive details.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and revise the effective date above.
